Moments like these. There’s a difference be a loyal fan and being a fair-weather/bandwagon fan. You with you’re team for the Ups and the downs. Couple things on my mind and might as well let my thoughts out on blogging.

Last week my friends and I were talking about being a leader or who could lead our group of friends. Yea, we’re super addicted to “The Walking Dead,” but think about it. Out of all your friends, who could lead you to survive? Could it be you? Or your best friend? Or maybe your worst enemy? Despite who it is I think being a leader has to have a balance of compassion and being aggressive, maybe even brutal. You have to do what best for you and your people because let’s face it not everyone is going to get a long. Just look at the world for example: America is that cocky young stud that everyone envies but yet we have the United Nations to back us up. That’s what you call networking bro.. However, you can only have so much friends that really have your back. If you’re the type of person that wants to be buddy-buddy with everyone, you sure as hell better expect betrayal.

It’s the people being loyal to the leader, it’s the leader being loyal to it’s people (my nigga jew JC tho) and that comes great feedback. People would then trust you, want to work for you, want to obey you commands, and maybe take a bullet for you. Loyalty is something you earn and when it comes to friendship that can honestly be the greatest gift a person could ask for. If there’s no trust, it’s really hard to give back love. So if you leader don’t betray your people.

Another is that every leader will have blood on his hands, regardless if you’re the most compassionate person out there. Tough decisions are made everyday that affects peoples lives. You can’t make everyone happy.. So what I’m trying to say is if you got pull it, then best pull it or do whatever it takes to keep your people protected. Some say democracy is overrated however once you get that thought in your head, power will corrupt you.

That brings me to branches of power. You have to have three branches of shot callers. Three because you need that extra person to break the tie and to make the final decision. “No one man could hold all that power”- it’s really true.

Everything is political.
